Position: Senior/Master Technician (Porsche Specialist)

We are seeking a Senior/Master Technician specializing in Porsche, with the expertise and enthusiasm to take our high-performance vehicles to the next level. Responsibilities:
Diagnosis and Repair: Utilize specialized diagnostic tools such as PIWIS 3 to troubleshoot and perform expert repair and service on Porsche vehicles.
Performance Tuning: Enhance and customize vehicles with aftermarket products like forced induction, exhaust systems, and suspension. Make race-ready enhancements.
Team Collaboration: Contribute to a cooperative and dynamic team atmosphere, focusing on continuous improvement and meeting deadlines.
Continuous Learning: Stay ahead with ongoing education and awareness of automotive systems, parts, and industry trends.
Requirements:
Expertise with Porsche: Extensive experience with Porsche repair and service; Porsche Certified Silver or Gold Level or equivalent experience in a high-end independent shop is required.
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Porsche-oriented diagnostics, repair tools, and modern automotive systems.
Character Traits: Exceptional work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and inherent passion for automotive excellence.
Legal Requirements: State of AZ Driver's license with a good driving record and ability to pass drug screening and background check.
Adaptability: Self-motivated, a problem solver with initiative, and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Helpful Skills:
Brand Diversity: Experience with other European brands such as Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and exotic brands.
Motorsports Passion: Preference for experience in suspension corner balance, forced induction, exhaust systems, etc.
Additional Capabilities: Restoration knowledge, metal fabrication and repair, organization skills, and excellent communication abilities.
